1. ABOUT SHE’S NOT LAZY

She’s Not Lazy (SNL) is a beauty brand based in the Kingdom of Bahrain offering beauty products, including DIY pre-glued cluster lashes, lash accessories, and related products.Our official business and Commercial Registration information may be displayed on the website where required by applicable law.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a purchase transaction or have the appropriate permission to do so; and

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, packaging, colors, lash styles, lengths, and other details accurately.

However, actual appearance may vary slightly due to:

  • Individual eye shape and natural lashes

Product images are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the product.SNL may update, modify, discontinue, or replace products, packaging, styles, or product specifications from time to time.

4. PRE-GLUED CLUSTER LASHES

SNL pre-glued cluster lashes are designed to be applied underneath the natural lashes according to the application instructions provided by SNL.Customers should carefully follow all application, wear, care, and removal instructions.

For best results, lashes should be applied to clean, dry, oil-free natural lashes and should not be placed directly on the waterline or skin.Customers should discontinue use if they experience significant irritation, swelling, pain, or another unexpected reaction.If you have known sensitivities or allergies involving adhesives, eye-area cosmetics, or similar products, you should carefully consider suitability before use and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

5. WEAR TIME

Where SNL describes a product as lasting “up to 7 days,” this represents a potential maximum wear period under suitable conditions and is not a guarantee that every customer will achieve seven days of wear.

Actual wear time may vary depending on factors including:

  • Application technique

  • Natural lash condition

  • Oil production

  • Skincare and cosmetic products

  • Exposure to water, steam, heat, or humidity

  • Sleeping habits

  • Physical activity

  • Aftercare

  • Individual lifestyle and environmental conditions

A shorter wear period does not by itself mean that a product is defective.Customers should follow SNL's application and aftercare instructions to help achieve the best possible results.

6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve the product.If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and may offer, where appropriate:

  • A replacement or alternative;

  • Store credit, where agreed; or

  • A refund for the unavailable item.

7. PRICES

All prices displayed on the SNL website are shown in Bahraini Dinars (BHD/BD) unless otherwise stated.Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted and paid, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred and applicable law permits correction.Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed or communicated during checkout.Any applicable taxes or other mandatory charges will be handled in accordance with applicable Bahrain requirements.

8. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

SNL currently provides delivery within supported areas of the Kingdom of Bahrain and may introduce additional shipping destinations in the future.Delivery fees and available delivery options will be displayed or communicated during checkout.Any delivery date or time provided is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside SNL's reasonable control, including traffic, weather, courier delays, public holidays, incorrect addresses, customer availability, or other operational circumstances.

12. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:

  • Delivery address

  • Building/house information where required

  • Area

  • Mobile number

  • Other information reasonably required for delivery

SNL is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.Additional delivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is required because of incorrect information or customer unavailability, subject to applicable law and the circumstances.

13. DELIVERY RECEIPT

An order may be considered delivered when it has been handed to:

  • The customer;

  • A person authorized or reasonably understood to receive the order on the customer's behalf;

  • Building reception, concierge, or security where requested or reasonably authorized by the customer; or

  • Another delivery location specifically agreed with the customer.

Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the order where necessary.

14. CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact SNL as soon as possible.We will try to accommodate your request where reasonably possible.However, once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed to the courier, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.Nothing in this section limits any cancellation right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Bahrain law.

15. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because lashes and certain beauty products are personal-use products, hygiene and safety considerations may affect whether a product can be returned after opening or use.Returns and exchanges are handled according to the SNL Returns & Refund Policy displayed on our website and applicable consumer-protection requirements.Customers should review that policy before purchasing.Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer right provided by applicable law.

16. DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you believe you received:

  • An incorrect product;

  • A damaged product;

  • A product with a manufacturing defect; or

  • An incomplete order,

please contact SNL as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order.

Where a product is confirmed to be incorrect, damaged, or defective, SNL will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the circumstances and applicable consumer-protection requirements.Normal wear, incorrect application, improper storage, misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow product instructions may not constitute a manufacturing defect.

17. HYGIENE

For customer safety and hygiene, certain opened or used beauty products may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return or exchange where permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect rights relating to products that are genuinely defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise protected by mandatory consumer law.

18. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

From time to time, SNL may offer:

23. SHE’S NOT LAZY BRAND AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The names “She’s Not Lazy,” “SNL,” associated logos, product names, packaging designs, brand materials, photographs, graphics, and other distinctive brand assets may constitute intellectual property belonging to SNL or its licensors.Nothing on the website grants users ownership of or permission to commercially exploit SNL intellectual property.Unauthorized copying or commercial use may result in appropriate enforcement action.
